“ We went for my sons 15th birthday. We had a party of 8 and we reserved a medium sized room. The food was wonderful and the service was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. They explained how to use the karaoke machine and brought our food quickly. They always made sure that we had everything we needed. We drove all the way out from Thousand Oaks and we were not disappointed. This was our first karaoke experience anywhere and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for an awesome time! ”

“ This place was outstanding! We just hosted our daughters 15th birthday here in their largest room. We had 25 people. They were super easy to schedule with and I did it all over email. I hadnt seen the place before but I went to two other places one in Burbank and one in Arcadia and both were not great and one smelled like smoke. This place was clean, the song selection was great, the service was outstanding, the food was good, and the staff were all really welcoming. We were able to bring in birthday cakes at no extra charge. They even had a free cotton candy machine in the lobby so the kids took some home as party favors. We would totally go there again. One note is that its a little hard to find. You enter the parking lot off Duarte Road so you are on the roof of the parking structure and its right next to Daiso where the old Burlington Coat Factory used to be. It would help if they had a sign on the south side of the building facing the larger parking lot off Naomi so you know that you can access it via the stairs from that lot. ”

“ !!! Its on the second floor of the parking lot stairs right next to Burlington !!! So I couldnt find the place so I spent some time just walking looking for it but once I realized to call and ask they picked up the phone right away and directed me and also took me even though there was just 20 minutes left I said please so I quickly ordered from the items available on the menu at that time and the staff was so nice and the food came out so fast and also they helped me charge my phone I would totally come back and also everything is delicious I highly recommend the onion rings, gyoza, egg rolls , and shumai goes amazing with Sapporo they recommended the beer ”

The food was surprisingly fresh and tasty as well! This is the best karaoke venue I have been to in LA. Much more welcoming and fun than some sketchy places in Ktown. Their hourly and minimums are extremely reasonable. If you want to have an all around great experience, book one of their awesome rooms. Five stars for cleanliness as well!
